Note: Roofers are an industrious sort. Most are contracted by the square (100 square feet of roof) so speed is paramount. Good roofers are amazing to watch and can make a job look easy. Unfortunately, there can be a lot of room for shoddy workmanship and cutting corners. Do your homework and for sure talk to reliable references.
