The looming question that often comes up is ‘Should I REPAIR or should I REPLACE ?’ The key here is
knowing what is repairable…. And when it’s too far gone.
As is the norm most folks in the business will say REPLACE… AND NOT THAT ANYONE WOULD BE BIASED… BUT THERE IS FAR MORE MONEY INVOLVED IN REPLACING VS REPAIRING.

Patios can be a great addition to a home, and if done right and tastefully can add great value to a home.
As with most décor and function related projects, some creative touches can turn a project from nice too awesome!
If you’re going to go to a comparable degree of work, you may as well have your outcome make a statement and be super functional……. And don’t be afraid to think outside the box.
When in doubt, sketch it out. Put together a scale model if need be…..
As with all projects, take time to do the proper preparation! It is very frustrating to have things shift or crack or crumble simply because you skimped on preparation. Take your time, and do it right!
