it is a systematic process of diagnosing the issue… what’s working—what’s not working to determine the CAUSE… you can then proceed to determine the best REMEDY. Sometimes this process is quite easy and straight forward, at other times it seems like a mystery. I highly recommend Charlie Wing’s book (see our Reference Section in MISC) It walks you through MANY specific troubleshooting questions that will address a host of home related problems.
